When can I visit the showroom?
Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00, and Saturday from 12:00 to 17:00. The showroom is closed on Sundays.
Do you repair devices from outside Botoșani?
Yes. We collect devices by courier from anywhere in Romania. Fill in the online request and we’ll walk you through the next steps before you send it.
Will you start the repair before I approve the cost?
No. We share the diagnosis and the final cost first, and the repair only starts once you give us the go-ahead.
